;DThe house is a "done deal". We have it from Friday (2/18) afternoon thru Monday (2/21) morning. It's "first come, first served" on the beds and sofas. If you're not going to get here on Friday, you best bring sleeping bags and pilows.
We'll be doing the usual dinner on Saturday night at our house across the street.
The rental house is 4156 Faria Rd. and our house is 4165 Faria Rd. My cell phone # is (805)320-9145. Call me for any questions, directions and the most recent temporary gate code (I'll also post the code here when I get it).

For those who don't know Where is Faria or What is it?
Faria is one of the least known "classic California point breaks" It's located between Malibu and Rincon and can get similar waves but not similar crowds. The House is right on the water, the surf break is only steps off the back patio.
There is a small group of waveskiers that regularly surf there. I surf there not nearly as much as I like. It’s about a 1 hr drive north of LAX early morning when traffic is light but can take over 2 hrs to drive home in heavier traffic.

Rod, I plan to put in an appearance with Rose but don't save me any space.... If we stay Rose and I will probably snag a room in Ventura, that way we can be noisy at night without worrying about a bunch of waveskiers listening in! ;D

Ashley,
It'll be good to see you there. As you know the beach house is a great place to hang during the day even if you don't stay the night and of cource you can't miss Rod's classic dinner feast saturday night.
